Ways To Pay

To help you manage your account in a way that works best for you, we offer a range of payment options, including:

Payment in Full

If you’re able to pay the balance in full and would like to settle it straight away, that’s great. The easiest way to do this is by logging in or registering for an online account through our customer portal, where you can view your balance and choose the option to pay in full.

If you’d prefer not to pay online, you can use one of the alternative methods listed below.

Repayment Arrangement

If you’d prefer to repay in smaller, manageable amounts at a frequency that suits you, you can easily set this up through our online portal. Simply log in or register for an account and create a payment plan.

Not sure how much you can afford each month? By filling out a financial statement, we can help you work out what you have left after covering essential and day-to-day expenses. Remember, we’ll never ask you to pay more than you can afford. Once your plan is in place, we’ll check in with you from time to time to ensure it’s still suitable. You can also arrange a monthly repayment over the phone by calling 01925 426 100.

Telephone

If you’d like to make a payment or set up a repayment plan over the phone, please call our friendly team on 01925 426 100.

They’ll guide you through your options and work with you to find a solution that suits your circumstances. They can also review your income and expenses with you to help work out an affordable monthly amount - there’s no pressure to pay more than you can comfortably manage.

Direct Debit

Paying by Direct Debit is one of the simplest ways to manage your repayment plan. You can choose a payment date that suits you, and your payments will be made automatically, helping you stay on track.

We recommend selecting a date on or just after your payday to ensure funds are available. Direct Debit payments are also covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee for added peace of mind.

Standing Order

You can set up a Standing Order to make repayments from your bank account at a frequency that suits you. These payments will be sent automatically by your bank on a date you choose. We recommend selecting a date on or just after your payday to ensure sufficient funds are available.

To arrange repayments by Standing Order, please call us for our bank details. You’ll need to use your Restons reference number when setting up the Standing Order with your bank.

Automated Telephone Payment

Our automated telephone payment line is available 24/7, allowing you to make a payment at a time that suits you, without needing to speak to an advisor.

All you’ll need is your Restons reference number and your debit card. Simply call 01925 426 100 and select the payment option.

Continuous Payment Authority

A Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) is a recurring payment, similar to a Direct Debit, but it’s linked to your bank card rather than your bank account. You can set up a CPA by calling our team on 01925 426 100.

Please note that if your card expires, or is lost or stolen and replaced during your repayment period, you’ll need to contact us to set up a new CPA to ensure your payments continue without interruption.

Web Payments

You can make one-off payments to your account at any time via our website or through your online portal by selecting the "Make a Payment" option.

If you’re concerned about remembering to make regular payments, you can choose at any time to set up automatic repayments at a frequency that suits you by Direct Debit, Standing Order, or CPA - see the details above for each option.

Settlement Offer

We may be able to accept a reduced settlement on your account. This means a one-off payment for less than the outstanding balance could be agreed to settle and close your account.

To make an offer, please call our team on 01925 426 100.
