Meet Our Team

Our Litigation Team consists of:

Peter is a qualified Solicitor, Restons’ COLP and Executive Chairman. He has been with Restons since 2019.
Peter has a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
Peter qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and has undertaken a number of diverse roles across law and corporate finance.

Sarah is a Solicitor and manager of the Litigation Department.
Sarah obtained an LLB Honours Degree from Liverpool John Moore University and qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
Sarah has over 10 years litigation experience and has specialised in debt recovery since 2018.

Lauren is a Solicitor in our Litigation Team.
Lauren obtained a Criminology and Criminal Justice Degree from Edge Hill University in 2016. Lauren joined Restons in August 2017 as an Administration Assistant.
Lauren became a Paralegal in the Litigation Team and completed the Level 3 CILEx Paralegal Apprenticeship in 2021. Lauren has completed the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship with the University of Law and qualified as a Solicitor in February 2026.

Charlotte is a Solicitor in our Litigation Team.
Charlotte obtained an LLB Honours Degree from the University of Dundee in 2018 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2025.
Charlotte has 7 years debt recovery experience

Hannah is a Trainee Solicitor in our Litigation Team, Hannah completed her Law Degree at Liverpool John Moores University in 2018 and then in 2019 she also went on to complete her Masters in the Legal Practice (LLM/LPC).
Hannah joined Restons in September 2021 as a Legal Assistant.
Hannah then worked as a paralegal for the firm from June 2023 to March 2025, from March 2025 she became a Trainee Solicitor.
